Pros
Working in a no managers environment may not be for everyone, but for those that fit, it's great. Very informal, fun and laid back where everyone acts with responsability, ownership and proudness in the quality of the work that is delivered. Although it may seem it lacks organization, it't the opposite, it's self-managed, everyone has a different agenda and different priorities, so the organization comes from the focus and awareness of each team. It is not perfect, but things are always changing and we can push these changes in order to improve the company and our worklives. But the best is the feeling that you get that you are in your second home with your friends instead of just co-workers, and you really feel acomplished in the end of the day. Also the perks we get are the cherry on top of the cake.
Cons
Most the clients are based in US so we have to deal with the 8 hour difference, that means sometimes you have to be availiable at night to provide support.
