- There is a great inaccuracy in what they advertise. They say they have customer projects and are developed internally. What a big lie. It's a regular consultant, where they put people in teams of clients. There is no internal development for these companies. People are allocated to customers. - Another relevant point is about unlimited vacations. This is not true. They allow and are open to unpaid leave. Which is quite different from unlimited vacations. - When hiring, they promise everything and what happens is that they deliver little. It was agreed to work with modern stacks, I ended up on a client with a 2014 stack. - The teams are placed in the clients, some of them with very stupid postures with outsourcers, and often left to abandonment. It is incredibly difficult to have the motivation to work with disorganised clients, who give as little as possible to external elements like Mindera team members. This causes immense pain to people. There is immense uncertainty. - A culture of no hierarchy is beautiful and at first it seems incredible. What you actually see is a complete disorganization and uncertainty in the teams. Projects lack a lot of guidance, it is normal for people to spend hours without tasks. - Salaries are well below average In general, I feel cheated. I believe I was going to work with recent technologies, in a Mindera team working on a client's product. What I received was to throw me at a disorganised client, where my opinion is not taken into account, in constant team reformulations that do not bring any value to the developers, a client that has serious organisational problems that lead to people being constantly at a standstill or under pressure to deliver. In the end, a complete disappointment. I was literally tricked.
