Pros

While working in Mindfire, you will know the real meaning of Freedom. Almost everything is transparent. If you need something, post it portal (IWantINeed) and you will get a response. You can directly ask question to anybody. You can share your idea to everyone. P.S: At Mindifre everyone means everyone including CEO which is a great thing.

Cons

Workplace doesn't have a good cafeteria.

Pros

Excellent work enviroment, Good Growth Prospect, Friendly Managers, Helpful Colleagues. A lot of emphasis is given to acquire knowledge in different technolgies through seminars and trainings which is really Good. You will get ample opportunity to learn new technologies and grow. Entry level salary is awesome in Mindfire Solutions. A really nice company to start with for freshers.

Cons

One cons is the office facility but since Mindfire solutions is moving to a worldclass facility center of DLF. So this is no more a cons.
