Good compensation and benefits. WFH option.

Cons

There are many. If you are an experienced guy then there is nothing that this company can provide to add any positive depth in your profile. Never understood why they have HR section in the company because it's of absolutely no use. Mentors in the company possess great skill set of bringing worst out of a normal situation.

Nothing good here. Salary is ok but they make you feel you are paid for free.

Cons

Management, aroganc of managers, they are forcing experienc guys to resign saying silly things.

Free tablet Free lunch No dress code Good Salary scale Fixed timings Good for freshers to start Better project and good learning opportutnites

Cons

FIxed timings: only to ENTER. Working environment is like a graveyard, dead silence. They do appreciate but only in Skype, simply Skype talks. Every week company policy changes, all changes are composed in 3 paragraphs max, hard to understand. Currently destroying existing Mindfire, wanna build a new Mindfire. Mindfire won't FIRE anyone, they asks to LEAVE via phone call. No HR, You should ask sorry ping lead, text the issue. No celebrations Lack of holidays
