Pros

Mindgrub has been on a growth tear, making the INC 5000 for 10 consecutive years. There is a new focus on stability, in addition to scale, and management is completing a nearly 1 year transition to the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS).

Cons

We went virtual during COVID and don’t get to see everyone physically these days. There are plans for regional collaboration centers and teams have been getting together from time to time.
