Pros

Everyone was cool and nice, but the leaders were quite fake

Cons

Company lacked communication from leadership and brought a lot of surprises. Did not leave a good taste with the company. Pay was not competitive at all

We do provide all employees various communication opportunities, including Slack, Zoom, and an open-door policy. In addition, the All-Hands meeting provides employees the opportunity to interact with employees that may not be in their department and/or team. Pros

I've enjoyed working for Mindgrub and in general most team members care about the work they produce, are actively engaged and pleasant to work with. The company offers a good work-life balance and a comfortable work environment. The company is also continuously trying to improve areas where it needs improvement and promotes an open door for feedback.

Cons

At times it can be stressful but I've also found those times have led to personal growth and motivation.

Company spends a lot of time supporting staff

Pros

I've worked a lot of places over the course of my career. I've never seen senior management spend as much time focused on how to make the workplace one where people can be excited to come to work every day. Sure, there's a high priority placed on performance. We do work hard. But we play hard too. It's very hard for me to understand how anyone would find or perceive management as not very connected to their people and their career tracks.

Cons

Company should conduct more in depth exit interviews to understand all points of view. Communications are a two way street and we need to hear all opinions. Realizing we can't likely satisfy everyone, we can get better at understanding the occasional discontented point of view, in order to make things more constructive in the future.
