Pros
Great opportunities to grow further in your field; mostly by acquiring new assignments to broaden experiences.
Cons
Significant disconnect between leadership council and management / workforce. Many initiatives end up as check-box excercise instead of becoming embedded in the organisation's culture. Mostly new ideas are targeted at cutting cost; the sales has globally not grown for many years with the exception of Amcol acquisition. Work-life balance is very poor with little support from management.
