Pros

The technical teams are extremely smart

Cons

Company is not investing in any way. Plants are neglected as are product lines. M&A is happening around MTI, and they are not active. There is no upstream marketing or product management so this is not surprising. Pay is below market, starting PTO is 10 days, there is no time off for childbirth, benefits are expensive comparatively. When someone leaves, they're not backfilled so people are doing 2 or 3 jobs. There is zero culture.
