Really good people that worked as a team for the most part.Was never micro managed. Good products.Great benefits. Open company employees kept well informed about the company.

Upper management played favorites and nepotism.

The continuous education to stay up to date on old and new products. Continuous review of the sequences of the operation of equipment. Ability to negotiate pricing on residential and commercial equipment to be competitive with other distributors.
