      Pros

      Cannot find another company of its size that still puts its employees first. The recent years have made me and the people I work with very confident in the upper management and the decisions that are being made. I know some are concerned with the separation from the small family company feel to the larger corporate feel, but in order to grow as a company, continue success, continue receiving the very healthy bonuses (among profit sharing, insurance matching, and generous benefits), you and the people around you must be willing to adapt and grow with the company. I feel the management has done a great job by clearly explaining the company's plan and what direction we would like to go. I am right at five years in the company but I plan on being here for the next forty if we continue at this pace.

      Cons

      Negativity from people who are resistant to change. I understand you miss the feeling of the company when it was around 150 employees, but at around 400 employees now and growing, it's time to put the opinions aside, observe the positive impact of the growth, and contribute to help continue it's growth... especially if we want to continue to have the lucrative returns from the massive profits.
