As a DM you’d think you’d be the final say in whom is hired in your district. But the RM is a control freak and wants to interview aside from you which makes the process longer than it needs to be.

Upper management is full of mainlanders, so everything we do have to follow their standards even if it doesn't make sense in our country The store in charge they give is new and didn't have proper training, to which the other workers are lost on who to ask for help from
