Benefits are ok. Facilities are clean. Most of the residents are great. Nice gym.

Cons

Management has misplaced priorities. Employees are treated like pawns. Corporate culture makes it so there is no company culture.

Pros

Hardworking, respectful, helpful, kind, fun staff. Great facility. Very clean and supplies always available.

Cons

A small handful of entitled residents who can be disrespectful but that happens everywhere. Technology could be better for how great the facility is but I worked there a long time ago so it is possible they have upgraded their health services tech.
