Pros

Culture is awesome. All team members on the large contract I am on are well respected and known by members of leadership. Great collaboration, respect, integrity and work ethics across the team where everyone is valued. Work-life balance is not just talked about, it is considered critical for all employees to take care of themselves and take time off to recharge. A bonus is knowing how worthwhile the work we are doing is.

Cons

Not a con for me, but it is a fast-paced environment. However, because work-life balance is so important, it is fast-paced during work hours, then your life is yours.

Cons

Typical government contractor body shop who complete your pay and not much else. Incredibly expensive health care packages.
