There are a lot of hardworking, kind people across Mirion who care about the business and about supporting one another. The work is very meaningful, and there are opportunities to learn so much and take on more responsibility than you might see at other companies.

Cons

In many teams, there is a gap between expectations and the resources in place to support them.
