Pros

Miro is an incredible product which makes life easy as someone is sales. Having great product exposure but also still the challenge is what I love about being in sales at Miro.

Cons

The sales operations team has too much control. From my experience changes have been made without looking into the details and hearing from those actually doing the work. Some recent changes have made working on the team more difficult and the level of trust has vanished. Best part about Miro is this can change quick and I hope it does.

Pros

- Interesting product challenges to work on. - A fun place to work at with people who are friendly and helpful. - Very good work life balance. - Employer seems to actually care for employees. - Work from home allowance. - Allowance for health insurance. - Good stock options. - Management is quite transparent about things (straight answer instead of trying to be diplomatically correct).

Cons

- Stock options are there but with the NL tax implications in place, the base salary needs to be imrpoved so employee can actually exercise them, otherwise what's the point if you cant even exercise them. - Hyper-growth at organisation level means, works gets a bit disorganised e.g. different teams workign on to solve same problem in different ways.

Professional & supportive interview process. Very positive team environment. Everyone is incredibly generous with their time / willing to help. Leadership creates a very relaxed culture. Customers love the product. Great team building & culture initiatives in region. Ability to be a part of an exciting hyper growth org. 🚀

Cons

It's a global org which means some awkward time zone scheduling. But no real cons.
