They're pretty committed to their vision and mission. Teams are organized in an efficient way that doesn't leave room for distractions for individual contributors, which is fantastic. Good balance between engineering and delivery.

Cons

In its hypergrowth phase. This increases the chance of culture shifts and re-orgs.
