Pros

Strong product offering that solves for many customers pain across industries and departments. This helps keep the day to day work with customers exciting. Miro has grown massively within the last year and many employees are "new", which creates a culture of inclusiveness and a will to work together to keep Miro the leader in the whiteboarding space.

Cons

Your typical growing pains within a high growth environment: Processes are not fully defined yet, people's bandwidth is tight as we grow out more teams, etc.

Some colleagues are nice Good money

Cons

Absolute chaos if we look at other startups. Repetitive task, very limited work diversity you deal with have a limited stake holders. Too many processes that impact timing Terrible work and life balance (you get money to compensate) High stress level Very corporate minded Try to build a company culture (you need more than jumpers to do that). I would not recommends for young parents if you want to build a family it of course depends on your ambition however you can find a better place with good money and great balance. Employee Turnover seems high about 6, 12 months stay. The other comments did not reflect the experience I had. This is my point of view of course.

You're a valuable part of the company and you can impact the whole organization. Good benefits and it's really flat structure company. You can see the fast growth and take a part in the technical evolution of the product.
