We have thriving ERG communities, and we are continually focused on building an even more diverse Miro. Based on our recent data, we are in line with much larger companies in terms of demography in the US and in terms of gender across our global hubs. Additionally, we place a strong emphasis on cross-cultural ways of working. We have regular “Real Talk” sessions, where our team learns about each other’s cultural and individual identities.
