- Salary and benefits are quite okay - Great colleagues - A product that people love

Cons

There are many things to say here, but I'll keep it brief. A lot of politics and favouritism, upper management has been a mess for a long time, constant change in direction and priorities. Many people ended up on burnout leave and a lot of them were impacted during the layoffs. On the outside, the company is all about empathy and it's people, but in reality the recent layoffs showed a very different picture. A lot changed over the past few years as the company is heading into it's next Americanised chapter, in the end your just a number.

Pros

It's a nice brand with lots of creative and hard working people and it wasn't very stressful. Relationships with colleagues were respectful and everyone was always willing to help.

Cons

Some decisions used to be sudden and over night, with changing direction of teams' work and guidelines.
