      Pros

      At Miro you work with brilliant people in a fast-moving and constantly evolving space. There is a sense of urgency to capture the enormous market in front of the company. There are ample opportunities to learn and grow by taking ownerships of initiatives. Perks are OK giving the stage and maturity of the company.

      Cons

      As the company grew ten-fold in four years, there are hiccups with regards to proceses and alignment. I don't perceive this as abnormal in a hyper-growth setting and for companies reaching certain scale. These hiccups are being adequately addressed, when possible - in my opinion.

      Scale-up with a great potential

      Pros

      I’ve been with a company for more than two years and while everyone in the tech industry is feeling the macro problems, I’m positive about the future at Miro. The leadership team is improving on providing context & transparency around our future challenges each half year.

      Cons

      Miro is no longer a smaller startup, but also not a large company, and it feels we yet to find the balance to get things done for the size of our org, and to have adequate enablement so that everyone in the company can row in the same boat towards a shared goal.
