Pros

A lot of exciting new projects to work on and it's a real pleasure working at a company whose product customers LOVE.

Cons

No bonus, lack of transparency, leadership, a lot of working in silos, and not that much potential to grow. Seems like we kept hiring people to fill roles instead of promoting from within.

We have made significant investments in our learning and development teams.
