I have been at miro for a few years now and I find it to be a supportive and transparent place to work. I have had countless learning and growth opportunities and I can say I truly feel at home here and have full intention to continue my journey.

Cons

different wfh/remote policy for different teams- should align across whole business but it is very flexible and can work from different locations so its ok

Leadership is an absolute disaster. Toxic company culture creates a negative working environment. Only two months after laying people off, they are again hiring for the same positions. Pathetic.
