Miro's product is a great thing

Cons

Unfortunately, it was only enough to have a slightly slower growth than in recent years and about 120 employees were already fired, or as Miro says "we had to say good bye"! And as you can hear, it wasn't done in a very family-like way, but in a very American way. HR is keen to present the layoffs as positively as possible but those affected still seem to be fighting for what they were promised by Miro/CEO. Btw.,practically no executives were fired.... As is so often the case, those employees and managers who have not been laid off are not in a particularly good mood.

Great people, leadership genuinely cares and wants to get it right. Excellent culture. Very high expectations of employees but willing to compensate those who deliver results

Cons

Visual collaboration is a new space. While the product is certainly differentiated, it's a tough product to sell during times of economic uncertainty.

Good pay, flexible hours, remote work possible. Nice co-workers. Love the product. Opportunity to travel occasionally.

Cons

Abusive, condescending, and uninspiring leadership on the Brand side who seem to pride themselves on making people feel stupid.
