In this economy, it is nice to work in a company that is trying to not only offer a green service to consumers, and keep people in jobs. The CEO is young and creative. This company is up and coming and the growth will mean more profits, more pay, and bigger opportunities. The company has made a lot of effort to communicate with us the employees and meets with us monthly to tell us how the business is doing and where we are going. I can't say I have had that experience in other companies. The core values of the company mean something and if all employees would get on board, we could soar even higher.

Cons

Employees say there is a lack of communication. There is a ton of communication but you have to pay attention and not blame others because you scroll by. No 401K match
