Pros

Mission is a prosperous and fun place to work, peers are personable, work-life balance is a culture here, always growing, always improving, great people to work with and work for, I wouldn't want to be anywhere else

Cons

Over-time, to others, but I myself like OT, may need more assistance, esp. on weekends, 401 k will be nice as soon as we get our goal numbers and make it beneficial for employees that are contributing

I Choose Mission

Pros

Mission actually cares about the environment for its employees; wants us to be happy, healthy and engaged in our work. They have lots of resources committed to making this the best place to work and to seek healthcare. I could work lots of places, but I choose Mission!

Cons

Every organization has a few things they could improve, but at Mission, the improvements needed are rare. At times, the layers and levels of authority can be difficult to navigate, but I find that the executive leaders are available whenever I need them.
