There is great energy at Mission Lane! Everyone wants to be a part of building something great and there is a lot of great teamwork. Our employees provide incredible customer service and really care about the cardholders. The culture is unique and we work hard, but we also have a lot of fun. I've lacked confidence and trust in the leadership team at other companies I've worked for, but not here - I'm very impressed with the leadership team.

Team members are generally smart, driven, and have significant experience despite the fact that the company is a start-up. The opportunity to be a part of building something while still learning from experienced leaders is a unique one! The company mission is respectful of the subprime customers we serve and we strive to be open and honest, internally and externally.
