Pros

Many projects to work on and to grow your skill set. There are many growth opportunities for your career. Still building a company culture so you have the opportunity to create the workspace you want to be in. Mission driven and collaborative.

Cons

Everyone works extremely hard and does great things, but the same people get recognized, many of them being a part of leadership already.

Pros

Team members are generally smart, driven, and have significant experience despite the fact that the company is a start-up. The opportunity to be a part of building something while still learning from experienced leaders is a unique one! The company mission is respectful of the subprime customers we serve and we strive to be open and honest, internally and externally.

Cons

As a new company, we're still figuring out who we are in many ways and those challenges have growing pains that more established companies might not have.
