Pros

Offer buses for commuting, great heath insurance plans. Smart goals for job performances is interesting.

Cons

401K matching could be more competitive rather than at 3% Pay could be better. Emphasize safety all the time, they need to have a department that handles that. A lot of fraud waste and abuse. Alot of people dont do the right thing even when nobody is looking. Involving GSA vehicle abuse.

The pay and schedule are very competitive. Most people get to work 10 hour 4 day weeks.

Cons

It's a bit of a drive from any populated area. They do offer a bus service that is much more affordable than the gas in NV.

Benefits are top notch! Commute do, not have to fight the Vegas traffic working at Mercury NV, Working for the DOE very rewarding, Company really cares about Health and Productivity, many sponsored Company activities to keep you healthy. I enjoy the environment and the team members I work with. Most of all, love having Friday, Saturday and Sunday OFF, along with Holidays, can not beat this gig. MSTS puts SAFETY first!

I love my job, no complaints.
