      Pros

      I recently joined the company, and the transition has been seamless. The culture is overwhelmingly positive, and I have been met with constant support in terms of training and transition help, particularly as a remote employee. Leadership is transparent in its communications and truly lives by its company values. Work/life balance is driven from the top, and it shows top-down throughout the organization and is well respected by all employees. I absolutely would recommend MissionSquare to others in the industry.

      Pros

      I've been with the company for three months, and it’s been an incredibly positive experience so far. The culture is very positive and friendly—supportive, inclusive, and highly collaborative across all levels of the organization. The people are not only talented but also genuinely great to work with, making every day enjoyable and rewarding. The company is experiencing rapid growth, which brings a lot of excitement and energy. It’s inspiring to be part of a team that’s building something meaningful and expanding so quickly. I’m especially impressed with the CEO and leadership team. They have a clear vision and a well-thought-out plan for the future, which gives me confidence in where the company is headed.

      Like any fast-growing company, there are some growing pains—certain systems and processes are still catching up. However, leadership is aware and actively working to address these areas, which speaks to the company’s commitment to continuous improvement.
