Lots of dedicated knowledgeable people there. Hope the problems don’t make them leave. They need these people to survive.

Cons

I left a few years ago before the current CEO was hired. Even back then though the organization was too top heavy in terms of numbers of SVPs, MVPs, and VPs and there was also a huge pay gap between the executive leadership and everyone else. Management made decisions without consulting the people who needed to implement those decisions to see whether it was even feasible. The leadership would make decisions even when they didn’t have the expertise to make them and didn’t listen to lower level people leaving them feel disrespected and set up. (This could have been the issue with the recent technology conversion). Lots of stress due to politics and long hours with little acknowledgment.

Recent technology conversion has gone horribly bad. I think we are at least a year or more from things getting better, Worse yet, our CEO has been silent and went on a vacation to France as things imploded
