Compensation is way less , than described as “average” during hiring process. Dishonest, unprofessional and unethical management, treat the clients and employees bad as not experienced anywhere before, customer service not helpful, very uneducated on retirement accounts

- Base salary is on the lower end and should be better aligned to the job, especially given years of experience, educational background, and years of making a positive impact at the company - Vacation is only 3 weeks for many employees and you need to wait EIGHT YEARS to get a 4th week! The company is behind the ball in this regard, as many firms offer 4 weeks (even some unlimited) if not immediately then at least much sooner (ie by year 3 or 5 of service).
