Cons

Limited upward mobility (biggest con) Frequent changes in leadership can make long-term direction less clear Higher turnover negatively impacts continuity and workload Limited direct exposure to portfolio construction or investment decision-making Organizational processes can be slow to evolve as the firm adapts to a more competitive environment

Pros

There’s always opportunity for overtime.

Cons

They don’t tell you upfront it’s a call center. And unless you’re a natural at being on the phone constantly it’s hard to progress. Unscheduled breaks of even a minute over or under, and prolonged calls, all count against you. You can do EVERYTHING else well - great participant reviews , providing accurate information, always volunteering for overtime, etc, but if your log time is not EXACTLY to their standards there’s no promoting.
