Pros

Longevity eventually pays at this company, because the annual bonus adds a portion of previous years.

Cons

HR is in the way on virtually everything. If you ever got higher than C's in school then stay away from this company. You're new ideas are unwelcome here

Pros

Coworkers are easy to get along with and it's a very laid back environment.

Cons

Direct managers in client services lack communication and some are very incompetent. Senior management can't seem to realize the need for a brokerage account. I see this company being phased out by the bigger companies. Also, salary is very minimal, especially in a city like Washington.
