      Pros

      Great coworkers, great pay, nice cafeteria for workers.

      Cons

      Hard work, getting moved around units, terrible scheduling, hard to get time off, make us work short staffed. Will let people who are lazy, neglectful, or abusive work there.

      Pros

      They take complaints very seriously and work hard to rectify the matter. The scheduling department is awesome. They try their best to accommodate your schedule especially if your in school. They have premium pay on weekends. The call back pay is awesome as well.

      Cons

      Due to high demands of CNAs and having a high turnover rate as a CNA you tend to worn short handed majority of the time. Management sometimes demands that seem unrealistic with the amount of staff on the floor.
