Great place to work. Diverse student population, administrative support for the staff, opportunities to develop teaching protocol.

Cons

It's a small university campus. Some classes do not have enough attendance and will be cancelled limiting your teaching opportunities.You must submit an application each semester to teach a class (new requirement).

Pros

Not stressful, flexible hours, you choose your schedule, consistent, able to work on homework for about 80% of the time you work, can use the computer the whole time you work, staff is very friendly and nice and willing to help you if you have questions

Cons

Same tasks every day, no skill or learning is required, you mainly just check people's books out and in, in a four-hour shift you might get 10 people on a busy day.

Staff are very friendly, pay is reasonable

Cons

Forget trying to find a parking space. There is not enough parking available for the amount of staff and students on campus every day. on top of that, you have to purchase a parking permit.
