My department was very understanding of a student's schedules and the managers were always willing to keep schedules flexible enough to work around classes, projects, cramming for exams, etc.

Cons

Minimum wage with no chance of getting a raise no matter your performance, experience, length of employment - it burned to see fast food jobs that offered $1.50+ more an hour.
