Pros

light workload, great pay compared to a lot of schools, you get paid at the end of May, if you get a summer appointment it is more than the normal monthly pay

Cons

sometimes workload is inconsistent, summer pay isn't guaranteed, we don't get paid in August so our first pay check isn't until Sept 30, we only get paid once a month (at the end of the month)
