      Pros

      I had a flexible schedule and my boss was really great to work with. I could set my own hours for the most part as long as it worked well with my co-workers.

      Cons

      Sometimes I worked a little bit over Christmas breaks, but not excessively. I definitely had a good break from work. Clients could be a bit frustrating when they would want something done but wouldn't get us the files that we needed to complete the job.
