Great environment and opportunity for per-course teaching.

Pros

I love teaching per-course at Missouri State's marketing department. I have support when I need it but the independence to create a class schedule and curriculum of my own. The compensation is great for per course.

Cons

I wish there were more formally shared resources. My first semester was definitely the hardest, but each semester gets better and I am able to improve my teaching.

Pros

This job has given me complete control of the floor and how the merchandise is set up. They trust my judgment and value my opinion. They have given me free reign being just out of college. I am treated as an equal and not just a young adult.

Cons

I wish I could be full time. They do not have the budget but would love to have me there.
