Pros

Faculty and staff have a lot of days off, development options, and opportunities to get involved are around every corner.

Cons

The pay is sub-par. They expect people to stick around because of school spirit despite the poor pay. The politics and hierarchies make it fairly difficult for people to move up without waiting in line. Mediocrity is rewarded.
