      Pros

      Employees are reliable and honestly care about doing a great job in what they do. Structure of the Computer Services department was overall fairly flat and easily maneuvered.

      Cons

      Reasonable pay for salaried employees, not particularly good for student workers trying to scrape by.

      Awesome flexibilty, understanding of class schedules, overall a positive work environment.

      Cons

      Not a whole lot of cons, of course pay could always be better but for the benefits and flexibility you can't go wrong.

      Pros

      Missouri State is an inviting community. I enjoy working with many of my colleagues and many are very friendly and helpful to work with / for.

      Cons

      The administration seems resistant to major changes. The University is still growing into the Missouri State name change and with that comes some major shifts in culture, operations, and leadership.
