Pros

It was a pretty relaxed atmosphere for student workers that encouraged skills development and allowed for a lot of flexibility to accommodate classes.

Cons

The pay was terrible and upper management had an excellent knack for micro-managing things that shouldn't have been, while failing to properly deal with the things they should have been.

Pros

Good lower management working directly above you. Really flexible and overall good managers. Compensation was really good, gave academics priority.

Cons

Awful upper management. The Res Life system is terrible here. They have the lowest retention rate with ra's for a reason.

Pros

The benefits are nice and I did feel a sense of academic freedom in my position.

Cons

The overall atmosphere is negative, there is no enthusiasm at this school, and the room for advancement is practically non-existent.
