      Pros

      Decent pay for part time. Hours work with me so I can still pick up kids from school. Work from home options

      Cons

      No room for growth. Not paid for university holidays, like the two weeks the university is closed for Christmas and new years.

      Ticket office is quiet and you will never do anything.

      Cons

      Management is super racist and throw away the application of anyone who has an Indian-sounding name without looking into it further. Managers will hire anyone white, even if they are incompetent, and then expect everyone else to train them.
