Great benefits, some departments great to work for, need to get salaries up or else morale will continue to drop

Great benefits, great leadership (depending on dept and division), and good amenities available (library/rec center/etc.)

Cons

Salaries are low and morale suffers as a result. I also don't have much faith in the current upper administration based on actions I have seen/interactions I've had.

Low pay,so many narcissistic “leaders”,people have facade on and if you do your job properly you get abused by being asked to do the job of others ,they don’t fire under qualified people so good employees leave frequently
