Vibe is fun. People are cool.

Cons

They start you off with a temp agency. $20 an hour. If you get hired on it goes down to $19.47. Commission plan is weird. CRM's are from the 80's. Lists are saturated from other employee's calling them. It's really hard to make money here.

Pros

Work is consistent, adding to your workload is optional, Seniors are very understanding, laid back and almost stress-free environment, everyone is willing to help everyone. If you have a question there's 20 people ready to help.

Cons

Management keeps giving and taking remote working options and a lot of employees are very far from the new building. You can spend your time not talking to anyone for days without it impeding your work output, but they remove the remote working option because they just want to fill their large, new building.
