      Pros

      The team we have, not just in launch but the company as a whole, is incredibly collaborative and supportive. One of our values is to win as a team, and we live that out. We're trusted to act with autonomy and have ownership over our customers. The product and engineering teams are moving at an incredible pace. Bugs are resolved quickly. Enhancements happen regularly. It's exciting to see the features customers want and need coming together.

      Cons

      There is lots to be done. Although the team continues to grow, the customer load is high. Processes are still taking shape, but the plus side is we're all part of that formation.

      - Culture is great! Everyone is on board with the mission of Miter - The work itself is interesting and fun; the space has a lot of cool problems to solve - If you wanna do something, go for it! There's a culture of being able to create something you have an idea for, and respect for planning it out and shopping it around - Everyone is extremely quick to help with or contribute to something

      Cons

      - While not expected, you may feel slight pressure to work on weekends due to the fast pace - AI usage is a little irresponsible, but that's an industry-wide issue at the moment

      - The smartest, most dedicated coworkers I've ever had - Really strong product market fit. Customers are genuinely excited about Miter, invested in providing feedback to improve the product

      Cons

      - Like any start up, there is a lot of work to do. Expect to work hard and a lot (but not 9-9-6)
