      -Mac friendly -Experience in a high-pressure agile work environment -Chance to work with some brilliant people

      Cons

      -Top heavy organization. Too many folks in leadership, not enough to execute -Chaotic day-to-day operations. Constant needs to "pivot" created a feeling of always being placed in a reactionary state -Intense pressure applied to sales and marketing leading to long workdays and weekend work -Emphasis placed more on sales/marketing than on product development in order to support growth -Government/politics finds its way into way too many conversations -Over-worked and under-resourced

      Good people. Unlimited PTO. Work/life balance.

      In 2019, a large number of employees were laid off (1/3 the company?) The jobs were to be offshored for a fraction of the cost. It's a purely business move as the company prepares for the future

      The people that work here are truly great.

      Cons

      The leadership and more importantly, the management have no leadership capabilities and provide little to no direction. The turnover rate is incredibly high because of this. If you can last 1 year here then you are considered tenure, a veteran employee.
