      Pros

      Mostly the teams are filled with good people who work hard. Growing company so room for opportunity and lots of products to work on. Lots of people who have been here a long time which is cool.

      Cons

      Offices are everywhere so dedicated working hours can be hard. We used to get more updates on strategy and company goals, and that has decreased a bit. People seem a bit burnt out especially since COVID started.
