Growth & Scale: Mitratech has a presence in over 10 countries worldwide, which means employees can work with clients and colleagues from all over the globe. This can be a great way to gain exposure to different cultures, business practices, and industries. Interview & onboarding: The interview experience was extraordinary. The recruiting team and the interview panel were on point. All my interactions were professional and honest. The team that I work with is brilliant and the manager I report to is super organized. I am really glad to be a part of this organization, a lot of new opportunities, and new people to meet. Excited to share and learn from each other.
