      Pros

      teamwork is very important here. No one can do it alone and everyone here embraces the teamwork aspect of business.

      Cons

      The traffic to the location can be brutal since it relies on 360 to get to the office. If there was a zipline from pennybacker to the office that would make it pretty awesome of a commute.

      CEO is transparent. Great colleagues. Growing company and certainly a market leader.

      Cons

      Reorg is a bit too common, but natural with any private equity owned company.

      Making money. Good product. Good fellow employees, for the most part. Nice offices and extras.

      Cons

      The money doesn't go back to employees. Bad hiring process...in fact, the worst. Work employees too hard for too little money.
